Product Availability / Out of Stock Policy

Keep in mind, only those items marked "Add to Cart" are available for online ordering.

If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", feel free to contact us, and we will let you know when the item will become available.

There is a possibility that the item you ordered is NOT identified as "Out of Stock", but may become so, shortly after ordering. Please understand that our stock can fluctuate daily. We will do our best to notify you if there is any problem in shipping your order request.

Lastly, If any item is not received in your order, please be sure to contact us immediately.

Return / Exchange Policy and Procedures

If it has been purchased directly through PAGODA PHIL. Inc., we can offer an exchange of product only. Sorry, No Refunds. Exchange only. If from a Retailer or Online Store and within 30 days, you must return it to where you purchased it from. Keep in mind, they may have different return policies. If after 30 days, contact PAGODA PHIL. Inc., for your options.

  • Pack the product in the original carton or equivalent
  • Enclose a copy of the original, dated proof of purchase
  • Enclose any and all items/components that came with your original purchase. Your claim may be denied if there are missing items.
  • Enclose a note explaining the reason for return. Please be sure to enclose your full name, address, and telephone number.
  • Once product is received, it will be reviewed for cause of return. Customer will be contacted regarding course of action. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for replacement.
  • If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by PAGODA PHIL. Inc., or is damaged in shipping, PAGODA PHIL. Inc., will either make arrangements for return or reimburse sender for regular ground shipping costs. Proof of charges must be provided.
  • If returning merchandise for any other reason, you are required to pay all shipping charges to PAGODA PHIL. Inc., PAGODA PHIL. Inc.,reserves the right to deny any return.
For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS, (please retain your tracking receipt for reference). PAGODA PHIL. Inc., is not responsible for lost shipments. Those shipping charges are non-refundable.
